formatting choices/modifiers in cart, checkout and confirmation email

Is it possible to format the product choices/modifiers such that the"choice name" would be bold and the "choice input" could be regular weight. That gives a little visual differentiation between the value
Size: Large
Color: Blue

My recollection is that the HTML does not provide enough hooks to style it like that unless you use some jQuery magic. I believe we customized a site so the HTML that the store outputs could be styled to look this way. |
