additional confirmation email - how to add to workflow

I have created an additional email template that I want to be sent to the customer at time of completion of their order. I am assuming that this needs to be added to the "payment complete" workflow but am not quite sure how to do it?

Very easy to add a step in the workflow. Edit the workflow called "process new order". Add the task "email order". Edit this task once it is part of the workflow and pick the template to use. |

Of course, you meant the "payment complete" workflow, not the "process new order" one. Same process. |
