Had same problem as previous post.
Answer: Path in the web.config for the aes encryption keys was incorrect. Store was moved to new location after install and this path needed updating. |

I'm getting this same message when I attempt to place an order. This aes encryption is all new to me and I'm unclear where to find this in the web.config file. Can you help me out?
