Hello, I've noticed a problem recently with a new project we are working on that is running BV Commerce Toolkit 5.7.1. The "Address Book" feature on the One Page Checkout template seems really buggy. Its extremely slow and the "Bill To" buttons don't work at all whereas the "Ship To" buttons have about a 40% success rate of actually working. I went to go check out another one of our projects that is running BV Commerce 5 SP3.1 and noticed the very same thing. After all of this I also checked the install of an outside developer's testing site that we were using to test a new feature he was developing for us (BV Commerce Toolkit 5.7.1). Same exact problem. I've searched for forums here with no success - am I the only one noticing this problem? Thanks!

I'm currently working on a 5.7.3 upgrade. I haven't hit your exact issue as I'm not quite there in the formatting.
However, in IE8, I click the Address Book and get an "input string was not in a correct format" error.
But... it works properly in FF, Google Chrome & Safari.
I have <meta content="IE=EmulateIE7" http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" />
in the correct spot in the checkout master page. |
