If anyone is getting a .NET error when adding a product to their wish list, below is the bug report and fix that I submitted to BV. Note that this error only occurs when Redirect To Shopping Cart After Item Is Added" is disabled.
Steps to Duplicate the problem:

1) Disable "Redirect To Shopping Cart After Item Is Added"
2) Add a product to your Wish List

.NET error -- cannot cast BVModules_Controls_MessageBox to IVariantDisplay
