Learning the particulars on BV5 SP 3.2 ... I see green payment icons for orders authorized and paid ... occasionally a red icon that some crediting or other change in the payment was made ... can someone confirm what the red color on the Payment icon means exactly? Thanks, JC

The help file at http://www.bvsoftware.co...ers/Order%20Manager.aspx seems to be written for an older version of the administration tool. If you hover your mouse over the red icons it usually will say what the issue is (i.e. overpaid). If you click the red icon it takes you to the order detail so you can see what the issue is. |
