Hi all, my client is using Canada Post as the shipping provider.
The order manager automatically sends out shipping update emails when tracking numbers are added to orders. The problem is that if shipping is not UPS, the tracking number displays as a broken hyperlink.
The shipping update email template uses the token "Package.TrackingNumberLink". How can I set this to spit out a link a Canada Post tracking link if that were the shipping service used? I've hardcoded the link into the email template for now, since they're just using Canada Post.
But what would happen if they used a different shipping provider? It would be great to be able to customize the link to the proper shipping provider's website per. Is that feasible now without any programming?
