Hello all,


We are attempting to test the Paypal payment function in BV5. We have setup the Sandbox accounts in Paypal, and have entered the information into BV for the API signature, etc. We are able to select Paypal as the payment option, we are taken to the Paypal login page and are able to login. We select our payment method but when we click continue we receive the following BV error...



The profile is invalid.

Invalid API profile: API username is blank

Invalid API profile: API password is blank



We have double-checked to make sure the information is entered in the BV backoffice, and the username and password fields are NOT blank.



Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
