We're looking to put someone basically on retainer. We need weekly changes, mainly minor tweaks that would take an experienced programmer maybe 1-2 hours a week. We want that person to be up to speed with our site having the needed files and resources.


We are also a month or three away from a major site upgrade and want to explore options there too.



What it comes down to is we need someone that can respond quickly to problems as they arise and we are willing to pay for it.
