Hey all - I've been getting complaints from customers who want to pay with PayPal. Here's one I got recently:

"Twice, I paid through PayPal and when it sent me back to the Home Page, after confirming the order, I get the message "no items in cart". I've waited to see if either has come through PayPal -- neither one has.
Could you help me place this order? I just tried again, and when I go to pay through regular Checkout (instead of PayPal), it empties my cart again. Please help!"


Does anyone know what may be causing their carts to empty?

I'm using BVC 5.7.1 with no major customizations.
