BVC 5.8 is not utilizing my UPS Printer Preferences that specify "Printing to UPS thermal printer" and "printing without the receipt". So printing the lable from BVC is not working for me unless I use my old full size sheet labels in a standard laser printer. How do I set this up to work with BVC and my UPS thermal printer?
All settings on UPS end seem to be working fine since I can create a label on UPS.com and print to my thermal printer.
**Answer from BV - Thermal printers for UPS shipping are not currently supported.
