is it possible to have the price reflect volume discount prior to adding to cart? If an item is $50 regular price but the volume discount is 3=$40 and 5=$30 when the qty box is altered to 3 the price on the product page would update to $40 and if the qty was changed to 5 is would show $30.

Seems doable. I would be more concerned about the UI as this is not a typical behavior. I might actually use a dropdown for the quantity box instead of a textbox if you want the price to change as soon as the customer makes a quantity change. |
