I have noticed that the card clean up only affects credit card orders which are older than 30 days with a state of Complete. I was just wondering if the order has a status of cancelled or Refunded (Which most stores seem to add) for example this should also be able to be cleaned?

Ok is there an need for anyone else who needs to be able to censor orders with a State other than Complete?

I've noted this issue before but never 'fixed' it. I think the ideal solution would allow you to define the conditions under which the credit numbers are purged. Some merchants never mark orders paid or complete, so for them the credit card info is never deleted. |

Just for your info it looks like the Credit Card cleanup has not been working correctly since the introduction of 5.7 (you can check by the expiry year of the credit card, this should be 1900 when the information has been scrubbed). i have raised the issue with BV and offered a work around, hopefully we should seen a patch soon.
