Receive Payments page to include billing address for modification

The Receive Payments page should have the billing address available for modification. When customers screw up and don't enter their billing address correctly, as they most frequently do, I do not want to have to have to first go back to the Edit Order page to change their billing address and then come back to the Receive Payments page to modify their card information and add the CVV.
