A neat idea would be to have a Help Icon on each page so that when a user clicks on it, they get a brief help statement for that particular page. The help topics would be customizable as in the Site Terms -- for example, two pages that need "Help" are the Cart page -- customers often miss the Promotional code box -- and the Checkout page, some customers don't see the Get Shipping rates button -- they think they are getting free shipping, click checkout and think the page doesn't work!
