Google allows customers to cancel an order for up to 15 minutes, http://checkout.google.com/support/sell/bin/answer.py?hl=te&answer=80519 Although the cancel option is not available if you use Google's digitial goods delivery, it is available if you handle your own digital delivery (like BVC5 does). A nice feature for BVC5 would be to place a 15 (or 20) minute hold on downloads for orders that are processed in Google Checkout. |
