When placing a New Order, it would be nice to have an Address Book I can call of customers to choose from. As it stands now I have to either know the customer's username or search for it first -- or if I'm really stupid and start an order then go back (or open another instance in another browser).


There is the "Browse" button on the New Order Screen, but you cannot type in a name and click browse and get a list matching that name, you can only get the ENTIRE CUSTOMER list, which takes too long if you have a lot of customers, then you can filter for the name, which again takes forever. At least if you had a pop-up box with an alpha list to click on (A B C D etc.) -- like the one at the USPS.COM site.
