Low stock/out of stock - automatic supplier ordering

How about an automatic PO sent to the supplier of low/out of stock items- switched on/off per product. We can send auto emails for just about everything else.....

Mitch,
I realy think you and I should sit down and write a list of items you would like in a super-admin pack :)
I love your list of functionalities but I'm not sure if these should be part of the core or part of custom plugins.
