Most of the stores do not display Add To Cart Button or Quantity or Description or Details with Cross Sells. It is generally Product image, Product name and the price. Currently you can disable them and customize it the way you want it to show up but the coding is still there and this creates extra load for the page. I think there should be a second SingleProductDisplay for only image, name and the price so the extra coding can be avoided on product pages.

I am saying that because I am able to suggest may be more than 10 products on a product page but I am avoiding it because the product page size goes over 60-70K.
