Automatically, set # of days after shipping, a one-time email thanking the shopper for placing the order, asking if everything is OK, and perhaps including a coupon for use on a return visit.
The order would need an on/off switch so heavy use/B2B shoppers don't feel as though they're being spammed. |

I'm not sure that this kind of functionality should be part of BV. This seems like more of a fit for an email marketing platform where you will be ensured better deliverability and, most importantly, reporting (open rate, click-throughs, etc). Most systems out there support this kind of thing. All you would do is create the email template in the email system and then subscribe the customer to the special mailing list during checkout. |
