Would be very cool to have:
1. Auto-complete the email address. Anthem? big request?
2. If no auto-complete, search without needing the @ or .com, .net, etc.
Sometimes just the domain name is all that a Rep needs to locate an account. Client has a called me a couple times trying to find an account, 99% user error and a slap to the forehead when resolved. Would be nice to help speed things up. |
