I've used this resource as a shopper. I have to wonder how many satisfied customers use this service vs. the ones that just want a platform to voice their complaints...

That's my hesitation. However, the client that I am considering this for is in a market where a large majority of competitors all have reseller ratings displayed on the google base listings. Type in a product and you'll see my client right there in the top ranks but the difference is no reseller ratings and I'm wondering how much influence that has on purchasing decisions.

We have a huge list of positive feedback that is updated on the site all the time. Something that we're starting to do is if there happens to be the case of a bad experience, we blog about it. Give the full story, explain the problem, explain the steps taken to resolve it.

The latest one was a customer accused us of falsely presenting a product feature. We accepted the return. Blog post explains the entire situation as well as shows physical (images) proof that the customer is 100% wrong.

So we say, blast away if you want too, we'll post the real story and let the readers draw their conclusion. In my opinion, it's a huge caveat when the merchant is warehousing the actual product compared to drop-shipping it.

With all this said....LOL.. If any merchants out there are using this service, have they noticed anything? Be it positive or negative.

RR.com does give the merchant every option to dispute any review which I think is clutch.

well.... reviewed this with my client and we're going to activate this service. Going to spend some time figuring out how to utilize the exit survey feature as well.

We saw one competitor on there with some seriously bad reviews and the competitor is not subscribed to be able to mitigate any claims and we operate with the adage "It's better to have it and not need it, rather than need it and not have it".

Still interesting in any merchant feedback if they're using the service.

Customers checking out through Google Checkout may be presented with the option to review a site whether or not the store itself offers it FWIW.
