Help - Export Specific Product Category to Spreadsheet

Can somebody please explain to me about how I can export Specific Product Category details to a Spreadsheet Document. Tried with the Froogle Feed, but it exported all the Product Categories.
Is there a way I can filter the Product Category to a specific set.
Also if there are some tools to achieve this, please suggest them too.
