We just finished this site design for a new client of ours. Tons of custom content and custom pages to be used as a medical reference for people looking to buy the correct medical brace or support for their injury. www.tjnmedical.comBrowse around and kick the tires. We just finished up the design and would appreciate any comment's. Thanks, |

Very nice guys. One thing, I searched for 'patella' and the results progressively slid off of the left side of the page. I've NEVER seen this before!!!! IE6 See below: When you get it fixed, let us know what happened. MitchA attached the following image(s): TJN-search-patella.jpg (87kb) downloaded 162 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Thanks Mitch. That one had me stumped for a second. What happens is that when a search is queried BV wraps the results for each product within a <div> tag. FF, Opera, IE7 & Netscape all play nicely. The dreaded IE6 rears its ugly head and called for an extra _clear: left; _float: left, to specifically tell the browser (IE6 only) what to do with all the divs. Good catch, thank you! |

Yes, I created custom static pages for the client and then linked the BV controls in the HTML. I then created some new columns to be used and edited via the admin area of BV. I figured it would be easier for the store owner to update whatever text, html, flash they wanted to via a content control in the BV admin vs. editing static pages via FTP or whatever medium they use (ie. frontpage, Vs2005, dreamweaver). Not only do we like fast sites, we like to empower our clients to understand how to use their site to it's fullest potential. Saving time leads to making more money.
I think there were 46 custom pages and columns created to start out this clients reference manual. It is a work in progress. They are hoping to be able to achieve a webMD style site. Information about ailments with suggestions from a professional Doctor. All in all a great idea. One stop shopping. |

Very nice looking site, easy to read.
I particularly like the choice and use of colors (not to many and soft).
