Where do we report bugs/unwanted features? I know this used to occur via bvsoftware's help desk, but where do we report these issue to now?

Great question! We've actually been going back and forth on this internally as to whether bugs should be reported via the forum or through our upcoming help desk system. One issue that I see with the forum is that people will likely report the same bug in multiple posts. Thoughts? |

Off the top of my head but....
Some form of simple bug tracking app would be fine (bugtracker with a nice css theme perhaps?), you could even create a dashboard widget in the admin section of BV to list the 10 most pressing issues? This would keep the whole customer base informed and not just the forum/bug tracking users?
This could be complimented by an announcements widget which shows new version releases and squashed bugs contained within each release.
These two widgets would underline the benefits of upgrading to the latest version for support/maintenance plans customers. In addition it would also remind those who are none paying support customers that the product is still being developed and competitive advantage which could be gained though upgrading?
