Hello,
I noticed that Fedex logic requires to "Select a region name to calculate shipping." This means that I have to create hundreds of regions for countries that we are shipping to.
Is there an easy way to get around this?
I'm running BVC 5.8 with FedEx Patch is installed.
Thanks, Can

Can,
Is this problem affecting US shipping addresses or just non-US addresses? |

Hey Aaron, it's only affecting non-US addresses which we did not create region names for on the admin panel.

Can, See if the attached Shipping control fixes your issue. Copy this file to the /BVModules/Controls/ folder on your website. Edited by user Monday, February 11, 2013 10:25:55 PM(UTC)

I'm still getting the same problem after I updated the file with the one you sent. I wonder if the new Fedex module needs a fix? Select a Region Name to calculate shipping still displays. Edited by user Tuesday, February 12, 2013 10:33:07 AM(UTC)

I tested the Turkey address from your screenshot and it works correctly on our test site.
Which FedEx patch did you use, the compiled DLL or the FedEx project that you compile yourself? |

I can't recall but there is a chance that I compiled it myself. Should I download the dll and replace it with what I have on the server?

Yes, give that a shot. If you read my post on the FedEx thread below I discovered a bug in the source-code release that was not present in the compiled DLL release. http://www.bvcommerce.co...mmerce-5-8.aspx#post6707 |
