Can you post a link to your product page? My guess is that your theme's CSS file is causing the problem. In the admin the theme CSS file is not used. |

I've tired calling, emailing, and creating a ticket via Merchanttribe's website, yet haven't heard back from anyone. Any ideas? This whole bvcommerce and MerchantTribe thing has me a little confused to be honest. Looks like a few months ago Marcus posted an announcement about the development of BV Commerce 5, and said "BV Software will continue to develop MerchantTribe, If you are a MerchantTribe customer you will continue to work with BV Software". You're not alone, RJ. My company, Develisys, acquired the rights to BV Commerce from Marcus' company, BV Software. He is continuing to develop the MerchantTribe platform while we are continuing to develop BV Commerce. The platforms, like our two companies, are completely separate.
