How is the Returnform.aspx suppose to work or be set up. When i click on Return Form under customer service, I only get a header that says "Return Policy" and a body that contains what is entered in the "Return Policy" under Policies in the admin page.
I'm not finding a return form other than when viewing an order.

That's correct. I'm not sure why the page was named "ReturnForm" when it only displays return information. What we typically do is describe teh return process via the My Account orders page and then provide a link to it. |
