Wondering if anyone had issues while updating from 5.6 to 2013 throws error "Subqueries are not allowed in this context. Only scalar expressions are allowed"
Line 543: cmd.Connection = c
Line 544: cmd.CommandText = statement
Line 545: Dim sqlResult As Integer = cmd.ExecuteNonQuery()
Line 546: Return True
Line 547: End Function

in SqlDataHelper.vb
(line 510, using VS 2012 if that helps)

Store builds fine with fresh database just errors out on upgrade.

Thoughts?

I think we already solved this through the support ticket that you submitted, but for anyone else experiencing this problem, it occurs when upgrading to BV Commerce 2013 with SQL Server 2005. We have a new update script that works on SQL Server 2005, so if you need this please submit a support ticket. Thanks!
