I am planning on setting up a new BVC2013 store, but I am worried that I will never get the 2004 store to upgrade so I am trying to plan on using the old 2004 store for order lookup only by our staff in the event I cant get the upgrade to work.
Can I make BV2004 work on a 2008 server? Any tricks to do this?

Hey, Dean! Good to see you back on the forum. There have been several successful 2004-to-2013 upgrades that I'm aware of so don't despair! Originally Posted by: Dean Can I make BV2004 work on a 2008 server? Any tricks to do this? Yes! Use a .NET 2.0 app pool with the managed pipeline mode set to "Classic" (not "Integrated"). I believe you also need to set "Enable 32-Bit Application" to "True" for the app pool. |
