I'm not sure why they New Order Receipt email doubles the last name (see attached). When I look in BV Admin, the last name is not doubled. I also notice the the New Order Receipt doubles the County, which I am less concerned about. I don't see how the code could be any different since the name should be included in [[Order.BillingAddress]]: <TD class=FormLabel vAlign=top align=left width="50%"> <b>Billed To:</b><br> [[Order.BillingAddress]]<br> [[Order.UserName]] </TD> TKatch attached the following image(s): Double.gif (255kb) downloaded 9 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Tom,
Are you talking about order 11900? If so, I'm guessing that the data has been changed since the order was placed, because the data in the database does not match what was sent in the email. |

Okay, thanks. I'll keep an eye out if it happens again. I suppose the customer could have double typed it.
