Is anyone else experiencing this: Start processing a new order in the admin and, boom, page refreshes and wipes out all info. Is this a BV issue or a browser issue? Not sure if it's happening with other browsers or just FireFox.

When does the page refresh? Have you tried any other browsers?

I have not seen that with a new order, but I have seen where it looks like a page loads, you make a selection, and then the page fully loads and removes your selection. Almost like it's waiting on jquery for the document to be ready.

Yes Sternyy, I experienced this as well.

I tested the issue with an order today. If I start an order by adding a product, then leave the order idle for a time (10-15 minutes), then try to add a new item I get an error message and have to reload the page.

It sounds like your session may be timing out. The default session timeout is 20 minutes. It's certainly possible, likely even, that you would lose your entered info if/when the session times out.

Aaron, if the session timeout is the issue then mine is set to less than 20 minutes. I just tested on Chrome browser at 13 minutes and I got the same error - "An error occurred while trying to find the specified page."

I suppose it could be set to less time, but that isn't very likely. Another possibility is that your server's app pool recycled during that time period. I guess the bottom line is that when you have a secure page (i.e. one that requires authentication) and you let it idle, you may have problems if you try to interact with it again without reloading it. Think about what happens when you're on a banking website.
