How can I modify the text that is auto populated for emails when either the Sold To name on the Order Manager page is clicked or the email link on the Order page is clicked? Currently the email subject line is populated with "Order XXXXX" and I would like it to say "[Company Name] Order XXXXX".

You will need to edit the code-behind file for those pages to make that change.

Do a search for "Utilities.MailServices.MailToLink" in the code-behind files to find the appropriate lines to modify. This is the function that's used to generate the mailto anchor tag.
