It seems that Price Group discounts are not getting applied to new orders. It's the same for front-end as back-end of site.

It works properly on the demo store. This might have something to do with a customization.

I think the only customization regarding price groups would be the work you did for us with patches. Not sure if anything special was done to incorporate volume discounts for patches. This might be the case since I just noticed that my Patches product is not working. I can add patches to my cart but then trying to get to checkout from there freezes up indefinitely. Should I open up a support ticket for this?

You should talk to whoever did your BVC 2015 upgrade. It sounds like your custom code wasn't merged correctly.

Or possibly that the custom code needs to be adjusted for BVC 2015.
