The only way I can see you being able to do this is via a custom control and use CSS on the option properties in order to set the font family. This will only work correctly if you include the web font for each individual type face within your CSS.

The above method will work for IE 11 and Edge and most recent versions of Chrome and Firefox so check your Analytics before going down this route.

Your other option is to use a JavaScript solution such as http://lindekleiv.bitbucket.org/fontselector/ which is built on jQuery.

I would also offer a word of caution about displaying Japanese text. Customers who do not have a Japanese language pack installed or the web font does not contain Japanese characters will see squares instead of text. It therefore maybe easier to use an image for that part? If however you decide to use Japanese text please ensure your page is set to utf-8. You can do this by including the following meta tag as part of your product template master page.
