how do deactivate all items in BV Commerce Toolkit 5.7.3

How can i deactive all items or a filter to deactivate items in BV Commerce Toolkit 5.7.3 I have 3000 items and need to deactivate them all and then go back in to a few individual items and activate one at a time. Do you have access to the database or do you need to carry out these changes via the bv administrator interface?

Use the Product Batch Edit page in the admin (Catalog >> Product Batch Edit). If you want to disable/deactivate all products don't fill out any of the form fields; leaving them with their default values should match all products. Scroll down the page under the "Product Modifications" sections and check the box next to "Product State" and change the dropdown from "Enabled" to "Disabled". Scroll to the bottom of the page and uncheck the "Show Me Choice Combinations" checkbox next to the "Preview" button and then click the "Preview" button. Now click the "Save" button to apply the changes. |
