I am getting, Charge Exception: Payment Error - System error: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. when any user tries to place an order. I can see this log under an order. - SSL is configured fine. - Login & Transaction key is placed. - Live url: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll- It is not is Demo Mode - 80, 443 are open What else could be stopping it. There could be an issue with your SSL certificate. Try entering your site's domain into the SSL Labs test tool below. https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.htmlYou may also want to check with Authorize.Net to see if they can help you further troubleshoot this since their server is closing the connection. |
