How to adjust customer balance in Accounts Receivables-CounterPoint Sql

how to adjust a customer balance that is coming from the previous year 2014? eg A customer with a balance of $2000 was brought forward to the current year 2015. How can that balance be adjusted? Edited by user Thursday, December 3, 2015 3:57:09 PM(UTC)

I'm not sure that I understand your question. The subject of your post says "CounterPoint", which I assume is referencing the POS system by Radiant Systems. |

Yes I am making reference to RADIANT counterpoint sql but the Trade/Accounts Receivables section. how to adjust a customer balance that is coming from the previous year 2014 over to current year 2015?
