So, one of my admins got bumped from the back-end of the site, in the middle of creating an order, to update her expiring password. Now it asks for the old password in order to create the new one, but she does not know it. No problem, I'll reset the password from my admin account. No, it brings me to the same screen to enter her old password in order to reset a new password. Is this process a bug? How do I reset it? Help please. This is a bug that was corrected in 2015 SP2. Have your user log out and then perform a password reset on the frontend. |
