Customer changed his mind and we need to remove the image file that he uploaded. How can I do that?

Does the customer have a new image or was the order canceled? |

Adding an image to be embroidered is one of many options for this item. The order is not cancelled but he does not want that image embroidery option any longer. There is no new image to upload. Easy enough on our end to just ignore the rogue image, but the client can't seem to grasp that the image is there but will not be embroidered on his product.

That should definitely be an option. As a stopgap you could create a 1x1 pixel transparent GIF or PNG called "none.gif/png" and replace the image with that. Yeah, I know; it's lame. |
