Apologies in advance if this has already been addressed somewhere that I couldn't find.
We have a customer that will be sending us shipping labels. This will remove the need for shipping cost, however there is still handling that goes into the order. Currently, we do not charge handling on any orders. But, for this order, I'm not able to edit the handling cost like I can for shipping or admin discounts. It just has it set to $0. Is there a way to remedy this?

The handling charge is currently not changeable. It probably should be, though, so we'll add that to our development list.
As I workaround I would create an Order Rules shipping method that only shows for this customer (or group of customers). In other words, you're using the shipping method cost to account for the handling. The only downside to this is that it will show to the customer as a shipping charge rather than a handling charge so you would need to explain that to them. |

We ended up just adding a SKU that called out Handling for the order, then did an admin discount for the shipping cost. Thanks for adding the handling charge to the development list and your suggestion!
