We have a new customer that wants us to ship via FedEx Ground. We don't offer FedEx to our customers on the website, but want to be able to choose FedEx Ground from the back end. Is there a way to do this?

You can use the Wrapper method to 'wrap' the FedEx method and then set it to not be visible in the cart. Then create an Order Rules method that uses some logic to determine that the order is being placed by/for this customer. If it is, get the rates from the hidden FedEx method; otherwise hide the method. |
