We have been having a problem with credit cards getting declined when there are letters entered into the bill address box before the numbers. Example: PO Box 111. If I remove "PO Box" and rerun the transaction it is getting approved.
Anyone else seeing this? Or know if a solution?

If you're doing AVS checks on the street address I'm guessing that could be the problem. So, you may need to relax your AVS settings. |
