What kind of file types can be uploaded as an option for products? I thought we were able to receive .pdf files in the past but it seems that lately they don't come through. The file name shows in the order but only a paper/paper clip icon appears for the image.

Okay, so how do I access the file to view it. I've got PDF viewers through my browsers and installed on my PC. When I view the BV order within admin, and edit the item so I can see the file, I can't access the file (see attached screenshot). TKatch attached the following image(s):  Upload_File.gif (240kb) downloaded 3 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

With the 2013-2015 security hotfix that we released the full file path is not shown. Uploads are saved to /files/productinputs/ and have the file name that you see. However, we also append a unique string to the end of the filename (but before the extension) to ensure filename uniqueness. In BVC 2017 we show the full file path in the admin so you can just copy/paste it into your browser. |

Okay, so the hotfix broke it but the upgrade will fix it. Got it, thanks.
