We are trying to set up a membership similar to Amazon Prime. This membership would zero out one of our upgraded production options and zero out one of our domestic shipping options. Here are the issues I'm running into:
-Price Groups do not allow for inclusion/exclusion of certain shipping addresses (domestic/international)
-Offers (Free Shipping) do not allow for Price Group inclusion/exclusion
-Offers do not include options for product options (production time)
Any workarounds that could help us achieve this?

Since you assign a Price Group to a customer you do have some control (e.g. you could create a different Price Group for European customers).
