I've just upgraded to BVC17. I sometimes have to enter orders for wholesale customers. If they sign in and are forced to reset their password, I'm locked out - can't sign in as them.
How can I stop forced password resets?

Are you impersonating their account to place their order on the front end or placing the order through the New Order page in the admin? |

Just signing in on the first page. (sign in/out) I don't sell gold bullion, do I really need to have users reset their passowords? I se there is an interval setting (no less than 90 days). Edited by user Wednesday, February 14, 2018 1:37:12 PM(UTC)
