I'd like to ask for help with a shipping problem. The best way to show what's happening is with a few screen shots. How can I post without a URL, as asked for in the dialog box (insert image)? "Enter image URL"

The "insert image" button only works if you're linking to an image hosted somewhere on the web. The best way to handle a screenshot is to attach it by checking the "Attach files to this post" checkbox below the message textbox. After clicking the Post button you will be taken to another page where you can attach multiple files. |
