During times of low traffic when I go to my store first load takes a long time. Then after the first load it is quick. Is there a way to keep the site alive? I think with sf6 there was a way to ping the store to keep it alive. Thank you,

You can use any number of web-based tools to accomplish this. We like to use a site monitoring service which serves the dual role of monitoring your site's uptime and keeping the ASP.NET worker process alive. |

We use Uptime Robot, but again, they are tons of these services that you can choose from. |
