Hello Team, We are using BVC2013. We need to use "Sales" functionality under "Marketing" menu in BV Admin. We have created New sale item with "Test Name". We have selected sale type as "Sale by product" and selected product for sale. Please find attached image for reference "Marketing_Sale.png". Discount Amount is 10.00 % and Discount type is selected like "Percentage Off List Price" OR "Percentage Above Site Cost". Now we have checked BVC front end i.e. Product listing and product details page for selected product in sale module. But Product price is display same as BVC admin product module price. For Product price Sale discount is not applied. Could you please let us know what steps are missing to use Sale functionality so that we can apply discount for certain conditions. If you're running a sale using the list price or site cost, those fields must be populated for the sale to properly discount the product. If you've done this and are still not seeing discounted pricing on category and product pages then I would suggest opening a support ticket for us to investigate further. You can open a support ticket by going to the Help page in your store’s admin (upper-right corner) and clicking the “Open a Support Ticket” button or by going to the Support page on our website. |
