I'm trying out the Customer List report. Love it! I am, however, currently running into a couple issues:
1. I'm unable to run a report containing more than one product SKU at a time
2. There is a server error whenever I run a particular SKU. I'm theorizing this is due to the sheer amount of orders that contain this particular SKU
Is the report meant to be used for only one SKU per run?
Any recommendations regarding the second issue?

The query that this report runs is very inefficient. For one, it runs over all time (i.e. all orders), so if you have a large number of orders you run a greater risk of timeouts. Ditto for user accounts--the more you have the slower it will run. Adding multiple SKUs just compounds the performance problems.
The Customers Who Purchased report is significantly faster and allows you to specify a date range, but it does not give you sale counts. |
